We are a third-generation family owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business. Our History

1996-2010

In 1996, Sherman and Dave Forehand had a vision to develop a construction company. Forehand Construction Group, previously known as Restoration Management, started with a father and son who saw potential in their local area. Sherman and Dave worked side by side until 2010 on new construction, residential, and commercial remodeling projects.

2010-2018

Between 2010 and 2018, Dave maintained the remodeling business. His specialities were kitchens, baths, room additions, basement, and attic build-outs. In addition, Dave advertised on WDJC as the "kitchen guy." The company continued to grow over the years.

2018-Current

In 2018, Chase Forehand, Dave's son joined the business after graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Chase used his degree and expertise to add a roofing element to the company. The father and son reside in Trussville working to help customers bring their visions to life. Just like Dave and his father, the two of them are thrilled to be riding in a pickup truck together.
